Delivery Information

We use a flat rate of $8 per order, using the UPS Ground service. This usually takes 4 -7 working days.

We also offer and Expedited Delivery Service at the cost of $25. This takes 2 buisness days.


Order placed before 5pm will be posted the same working day. Orders placed after 5pm will be sent out the next business day.



Our returns policy offers you 30 days after receiving your order to request for a refund or an exchange. The items must be returned in an unworn condition, with all packaging, available for re-sale.

How to request a refund/exchange?

If you have an account with us, please log into your account area, and select ‘My Returns’ from the menu.

Here you can choose which products you would like to return from your orders.

You will be asked to choose return reason codes. Please note, charges will apply to certain reason codes, as explained below.

If you checked out as a guest, follow this link, to enter your order number and personal information, and from here you can make your request.

Are any charges applicable?

This depends on the reason for your return:-


We fully refund the value of any Faulty items, and shipping fees. Faulty items are also available for an exchange for the same item, at no extra charge. We will send you a pre-paid returns label for you to return the Faulty items to us.

Received Damaged

As above, any items received by you damaged will be returned free of charge for either an exchange or a refund.

Not as ordered

If you receive an item that you did not order, we will send to you a pre-paid label to use for returning the item to us, and we will immediately dispatch the correct item as soon as we are notified, at no cost to you.

Does not Fit/ Dislike

If you would like a refund or to exchange any items, and the reason for the return is that because you dislike the item or the item does not fit, we will accept these return requests within 30 days of the date of the order.

The items must be in an unworn condition and available for resale to pass the returns inspection.

You must send the goods back to our returns address, and provide us with the carrier and tracking information.

Upon receiving the items, and after an inspection, we will then process a refund or an exchange if requested.

A handling and restocking fee* will be applicable, and will be taken from any refund given, or included in an exchange order.

If an exchange is requested, new shipping charges will be applicable.
